I didn't get a run in, unfortunately, but I did do sit ups, push ups, leg lifts, squats, and lunges! I feel happy that my body will soon start SHOWING the work I'm putting into it :)
I do not like running, but I do like Disneyland! So my Mom and I have decided to run the first-ever Disneyland 10k this August. This blog is an accountability journal to help me get in shape for the race!

Day 10: New Info
Today I went to the doctor. I've been a little frustrated since I started working out in January because my body hasn't been reflecting my hard work--I've actually gained weight, and I'm not slimming down at all. I was going in for a fatigue issue I've been fighting, but it turns out my thyroid isn't producing the hormones I need to lose weight and have energy! This makes me really happy, because it's a treatable condition which should allow my body to reflect all my hard work :)
